Refund and Return Policy
At Caledon.in, customer satisfaction is our top priority. As our products are crafted with care and are consumable in nature, we maintain the following return and refund policy:
1. Order Cancellation & Eligibility for Refund
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our oils, same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Regular orders may be cancelled with a minimum of 1-day prior notice before the scheduled dispatch.
Bulk or Special Orders (including customized or large-quantity orders) require a minimum of 2-days prior notice for cancellation.
2. Cancellation Charges
A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order value to cover transaction and processing costs.
3. Cancellation Procedure
To cancel an order, customers are required to email us at support@caledon.in with the subject line:
“Cancellation Request”, including the following details in the email:
Order ID
Reason for Cancellation
4. Refund Method
Upon successful cancellation, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
5. Refund Timeline
All eligible refunds will be initiated within 2–3 business days from the date of cancellation. Actual receipt of the refund may vary depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
